This absolutely stunning example of the ultra-rare Mercedes Benz 280 SE Convertible is without doubt one of the finest examples available today.
Displaying only 27,030 miles and having covered only 160 in the last 6 years, it is a prized example of one of the most sought after collector’s cars on the market.
One of only 200 “low grill” examples (132 LHD), these were the last ever Mercedes to be hand-built to the highest standards at a rate of just 13 cars per week, designed to compete with Rolls-Royce & Bentley they were destined for the driveways of the rich & famous from inception.
In excellent condition throughout this particular car is well known to us and was the subject of extensive remedial work in 2012. This included; Bodywork by Aston workshop, new hood, brakes refurbished, suspension bushes and arms, fuel system, new tyres, paint work & new carpets.
