Barn Conversions! Land Rover Defender Part 4

The Chassis arrives! It was time for us to collect the new galvanised chassis from Richard’s and start the process of rebuilding this 90 into a car again. The first job was fitting the axles and suspension components. Then it was on to fitting the engine back in, fresh after its service and new timing belt!

Instead of trying to rescue the old bulkhead it was decided a brand new galvanised one supplied by Richard’s was the way forward. You will be able to see the colour that this car will be now. The customer took some inspiration of another car that we had in our showroom.
